The financial manager will work with the team to determine how best to manage the resources it generates.   Reporting to the Director, the Financial Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all membership payments are received and recorded. That commission payments are made on a monthly basis and any splits due to other networks are delivered in a clear and transparent fashion.   All other income from Sponsorship and Event entrance fees needs to be recorded   All expenditure by the group must be recorded.   A monthly profit and loss and balance sheet should be published within two weeks of the month end.
